RESEARCH PROGRAMME AREAS OF FOCUS
Research programing is the process by which policy, priorities and thrusts in research are translated into programs of research on short-, medium- and long-term durations. Research programing, therefore, moves the concept of what research could do from the levels of the general (concepts, directions and emphasis) to the specific (problems, experiments and studies) as are appropriate in addressing the constraints to agricultural productivity and production.
