Halimatu Isata Lumeh is a Research Officer who works at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute, Teko Livestock Research Center, in the Food and Nutrition Unit. She specializes in Nutrition and Dietetics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honors) in Nutrition and food technology from Njala University, Sierra Leone and a Master’s degree in food processing and storage technology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
