​Morlu Sylvester Koroma was born in Freetown on the 24 August 1984. He graduated from Njala University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Crop Science. He was employed at the Sierra Leone Agricultural Research Institute as a Research Assistance in 2012. In 2015 he graduated with an MPhil degree in Agronomy (Plant Breeding) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He serves in the capacity of Research officer II at the Teko Livestock Research Center (TLRC) in the Animal Nutrition Unit. He is the focal person in this unit and specializes in forage and grassland management. He has established a medium-sized cattle ranch at our out-station in Musaia and has also been involved actively in developing mega proposals for international funding at the center.
